At Burrito Beach for over 25 years we have been mixing and matching the quality ingredients and bringing home food for ourselves after long days in the kitchen. We have dug deep, pulled out some of our personal favorites, and created an all-star menu with En Casita. Some dishes have been available as specials at Burrito Beach over the years, and some are creative twists on our classic recipes. All the food is fun, truly amazing, and most importantly, the dishes travel well. At En Casita we finally have a chance to share our “in house” creativity and deliver it to you.

ENCHILADAS
Try the Plato or Kit version of our hand-rolled enchiladas, made with a savory flavorful guajillo chili enchilada sauce made fresh in the restaurant. We offer enchiladas filled with char-grilled chicken or grass fed beef picadillo.
PAELLA
Our take on classic Spanish paella with char-grilled asada chicken, ancho-marinated shrimp, chorizo, and grilled vegetables mixed with a michelada red rice and topped with jalapenos, onion, and cilantro.
PLATOS
A large meal for one. Includes entree and sides of michelada red rice, fat-free black beans, house made chips, salsa, and homemade guacamole.

Take-and-bake a DIY nacho kit! House made tortilla chips with a choice of char-grilled chicken or sirloin steak, grilled vegetables, or grass fed beef picadillo. Toppings include cheese sauce, jack and cheddar cheeses, jalapeños, sour cream, fat-free black beans, homemade salsa and guacamole.

BOCADOTES
The Bocadote is a grilled, pressed, and stuffed tortilla sandwich with your choice of char-grilled asada chicken or grass fed beef picadillo, jack cheese, creamy salsa ranch, salsa verde, lettuce, and tomato.
